I’ve been coming to Chase Fitness for about 9-10 years, starting with spinning classes at Ultimate Ride. Initially, I was hesitant about joining a gym, but I fell in love with spinning and later embraced CrossFit when Ultimate Ride merged with a CrossFit gym.
