I struggled with borderline blood pressure and had no success with other gyms. After an episode landed me on medication, I tried Chase Fitness, recommended by Jayme, whose father had great results with her gym. Starting with their free classes reignited my motivation. I’ve lost 35 lbs and reduced my medication by half, thanks to Dr. Velky. What keeps me coming back is the supportive, non-judgmental environment. After her youngest son was diagnosed with a disability, she felt she wasn’t in the best shape mentally or physically to support him. I’ve been coming to Chase Fitness for about 9-10 years, starting with spinning classes at Ultimate Ride. Initially, I was hesitant about joining a gym, but I fell in love with spinning and later embraced CrossFit when Ultimate Ride merged with a CrossFit gym. Although I was intimidated at first, CrossFit has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve seen more gains in strength and fitness than with any other workout, and the coaches have been supportive and motivating. What I love most about Chase Fitness is the personal touch—the staff knows you by name and genuinely cares. I look forward to my CrossFit classes as they provide both physical and mental benefits, keeping me healthy and pushing my limits. Chase Fitness has been key in achieving my fitness goals.

Chase Fitness was recommended by a friend who knew I have Multiple Sclerosis. My initial goal was to build strength to care for my family and enjoy time with them. With Chase Fitness help, I’ve gained strength, improved my balance, and boosted my confidence. Last year, I set a goal to join my daughter on her freshman trip to Washington, DC—and I achieved it! My new goal is next year’s trip to Williamsburg, VA. What I love about Chase Fitness is that the trainers genuinely care about helping us reach our goals. They push us, encourage us, and celebrate our progress. I consistently go to Chase Fitness, even on days when I’m not motivated. The progress I’ve made keeps me driven. Although there’s no cure for MS, Chase Fitness has given me hope and control over my health and life. I’m grateful to my friend for encouraging me to start this journey to a healthier, happier life.

I started coming to Chase Fitness after I graduated college and realized how unhealthy my routine was. I was in a cycle of crash dieting for pageants followed by binge eating. I felt terrible and gained a significant amount of weight in college. My friend told me about Chase Fitness and I’m thankful she did! Not only did you all teach me how to eat healthy and not starve myself but you debunked most of my thoughts on dieting. You all have also taught me to stop watching the scale with the body comp system! My goal was to be happy with myself again. I’m a work in progress and still have a long way to go but I’m thankful for the Chase Fitness team guiding me on that journey! I make time to workout 4-5 times a week. I am not a morning person, but the coaches make 5 am fun even when I’m grumpy! Love Chase Fitness and the amazing team! :)

I began my journey in May 2017 as an active duty Army officer nearing the end of my career. Out of shape and overweight, I enrolled in a 6-week challenge at Chase Fitness with the goal of losing weight. My initial aim was to shed the extra pounds and get back into fitness. Since then, despite ups and downs, I’ve achieved several positive gains. I’m happier with myself, stronger than ever, and lead an active lifestyle. My confidence has soared, and I’ve been off antidepressants for nearly a year. Joining Chase Fitness was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Every coach and staff member is engaged and supportive, and fellow members often offer encouragement and tips. The positive environment at Chase Fitness keeps me coming back. Plus, I met my bride-to-be, Christina, there. She’s my motivator and constant support. My ultimate goal is to be healthy and enjoy life with her and our future family—everything else is a bonus!

My name is June Schulte, and this is my journey to better health. It started unexpectedly with a decision to get neck surgery to remove excess fat and skin. I needed to be within 20 pounds of my goal weight before surgery, and this led me to Chase Fitness on a recommendation. I joined a trial program and quickly realized I could do more than I thought, thanks to the supportive staff who focused on what I could do. The pounds started to melt away, and I gained lean muscle. Now, recovering from surgery, I’m 35 pounds down and 15 pounds from my target. My journey continues, and I’m grateful to the Chase Fitness staff for their support. I can’t wait to get back!
